INSTITUTIONAL SERVICES
Services in this area include leadership development, succession planning and formalization of business processes. The institutional service value add is aimed at (but not limited to) companies listed or aspiring to list on the Alternative Securities Market. Given their largely informal structure it helps support ASeM companies in the design and documentation of appropriate internal business structures, management processes and procedures to position them as world class enterprises. Among other things, it enhances the company’s capacity to define its business model and integrate it with its structures, systems, processes and people.
